World Class Manufacturing in Metallurgical Enterprise

Gajdzik, The Silesian University of Technology, Faculty of Materials Science and Metallurgy, Department of Technological Processes Management, Poland World Class Manufacturing (WCM) assumes increase of effi ciency of the company by elimination of all the losses, wastage and dangers of safety. In ArcelorMittal the concept of WCM is implemented in particular enterprises within the capital group. In this publication the activities conducted in some of those enterprises are described.
